Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Order Minimums

Our order minimum per season is $500 & 4 pc per style for brick & mortar locations and $1000.00 for online retailers who do not have a brick & mortar store. 

Third party resale sites such as amazon, eBay, etc is strictly prohibited. 

All Cypress Row Children's items are required to be sold on an established boutique website. We encourage our retailers to merchandise online, but only via pages, groups, & websites that operate solely in the trade-name of the authorized retailer. We also require that Cypress Row in-season items be sold at full MSRP. Preorder sales and sales on Facebook BST groups are not allowed.

Shipping

Is calculated based on number of pieces in each shipment.

Returns

We want you to love your order, so if for some reason you do not please reach out to our customer service team at Sales@cypressrowchildrens.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping is the responsibility of the retailer.

Defective items & shortages need to be reported within 5 days of receiving your goods to sales@cypressrowchildrens.com.

Order Cancelations

All Order cancelations will incur a 20% restocking fee which will need to be paid prior to placing any new future order with Cypress Row Childrens. 

Map Pricing

All retailers must adhere to MAP pricing as set by Cypress Row.

Map pricing is no less than double wholesale price.

Payments

Cypress Row Childrens requires each retailer to have an updated credit card on file at the time the wholesale order is placed.

Cards may be authorized up to 5 days prior to shipment.
